Panacea came to West Monroe Partners needing a solution with readying their financial application to the western market.
We helped design a usable interface, simplifying tasks, and help develop an experience that is palatable the user.

New Customer Creation

The new interface provides an intuitive workflow, showing status messages when needed, a clear path is shown with what a user needs to do or what has been done. Overall, the new interface communicates functionalities clearly and succinctly better than the old interface did.

Intra-Page Dependencies

Panacea’s form structure (see diagram) was confusing to the user. No visual workflow was apparent, and status messages were non-existent. Pop screens showed up to break the flow of an action -- when none is needed. Clicking on a radio button on one area turned off functions and options in another area of the page. No feedback was given to the user as to why this was happening, and users had the tendency to commit errors 75% of the time.
